"Look for the size of Class 3A to increase to a level where there will be a minimum of six teams in each districts at every possible and inconceivable method available."

I'll believe this when I see it. Everything else I've read has Gilmer remaining in the same 5-team district.

from a recent ARN article quoting Breithaupt..

Each classification - except for six-man - will be represented by 32 districts across four regions. Within each district, Breithaupt added, there should be at least six teams for football - although there may be some exceptions such as there was with District 4-3A in the last realignment.
''Six is our magic number,'' he said.

IMHO, only in extreme measures will you see a five team district.
