Greenwood has 10 letterman returning, 7 starters, including our returning #1 & #2 pitchers. '05 team finished 13-14 in regular season, 3rd in district, beat by Snyder in first round of playoffs.

We had 5 sophs & 5 frosh on varsity last year so we have a lot of experience coming back. But, only one senior this year.

The sun is shining, there isn't a cloud in the sky, warm temperatures, and a slight wind blowing out at left-center.

COULDN'T ASK FOR A BETTER OPENING DAY

If we avoid injury, BC should make it back to Austin again this year.

Pausewinger is not the baseball coach. He is the assistant athletic director by nite and a Dr. Pepper truck driver by day. Trixler is the Head and He has some assistant named Catfish.   :weeping: :weeping: :weeping:

I think we could make a decent run this year, we have some talent returning, including our top 3 pitchers, and a very solid junior class. I'm not sure how the rest of region I shapes up, I'm sure the perennial teams will be there, L. Cooper, Perryton, A. Wylie, us.
