Which brings me to this:

I wanna make Chicken Lo Mein... what freaking noodles should I get? I know the HEB in Port Lavaca has an Oriental isle, but let's be honest, I can't read that crap and it doesn't say "Lo Mein" on any of the packages...

I'm welcoming any tips, this is so not like BBQ'ing or making Tacos or something... steppin' out of my element here...
