I don't think PI has anything to worry about against Bishop. They finished second in their district. They did, however, give Orange Grove a solid run for the title, so don't take them lightly. PI will be challenged by Aransas Pass. They are pretty solid, and Tommy Blake is a force to be reckoned with. AP may also be a bit playoff hungry, they haven't been there in a few years. Raymondville, on the other hand, will have their hands full with Orange Grove. OG has progressed steadily throughout the season. I like OG in that match-up. Best of luck to all R4 playoff teams.

66, i would love to see ap and pi play. that sounds like it would be a good game. ap switched defenses and things started clicking in the second half against taft. if the middle of their "D" is shored up, ap is solid. no offense to either hondo or bishop, but expect that matchup to happen in round 2.

But either way you're right, my dream match-up won't happen this year or maybe never.

CC Buccaneer is Buc Stadium in Corpus Christi. It is one of two complexes in Corpus. Sinton is 1-1 in the past 2 years there, i believe. Help me out 66 and Phil C.

Hey Sinton66, i would go with datapolls predictions if they didn't penalize a team for being in the valley. wink

PI is 90th ! eek! !

32-3A will sweep 31-3A :)

txpowerrating.com has PI at 10th & winning by 26

The Sinton/Hondo game will be at Cabiness Field instead of Buc. Quoted from the Sinton website.
