it's Chuck Norris, only he had no use for a bat. He simply roundhouse kicked pitches into the upperdeck. MLB outlawed Chuck Norris because it was unfair for the other MLB teams for Chuck Norris to kick homeruns everytime he came up to bat. Chuck Norris responded to being blackballed by roundhouse kicking Kenesee Mountain Landis until he died and MLB had to find a new Commisioner. :D
