Texas football coach Mack Brown visited WOS coach Dan Hooks Tuesday and thanked him for producing players like Deon Beasley. Brown said he told his coaches yesterday, "It's time to go to work, we've only won one game all year!"

He was doing recruiting as soon as he stepped off the plane from Pasadena a few weeks ago.

He is a very nice man as well. Our TV Station went and interviewed him. He gave us all the time in the world.

He actually started recruiting during his victory speech at the Rose Bowl when he said "Thank you for Texas high school football and Texas high school coaches being the best in the country."
