Texas wins this game by 19 in Waco it was closer then the final score shows. The Bears put out a great effort but it wasn't enough to overcome 37 by Daniel Gibson.

In another top twenty matchup West Virginia beat UCLA 60-56 Mike Gansy had 24 points and a great defensive play to seal the win.

they got beat by 19... id understand if it was like 10 or less, but its 19 points... thats not just a missed free throw or a 3 pointer at the end... its 19 points...

19 points is a blowout...it's not even a "close until late in the game"

TEXAS SHOULD MOVE UP IN THE POLLS AFTER TODAY...

But AggieJohn was right just trying to put a positive spin on it for all the Baylor posters

So far nothing has happened today that should cause Texas to move up; however, there is a possibility something could happen in one of the late games.

Well, considering that Baylor had NO games leading up to conference play, it seems 19 pts isn't really that big of a win, imo.

I think you're underestimating Scott Drew, the Baylor HC, and his basketball mind.

Yes, we won and no, it wasn't that close of a game. When you can't stop D-Gib and he hits 3 after 3 after 3 and your defense can't seem to comprehend that, then I'm sorry, the game wasn't close. Yeah, Baylor went on a great run (to which I give them props for) but that was about it.

We have a game again tomorrow so I can understand not going full-force in this game. (Big Monday vs. Okie State)

Baylor got whopped in this one but the do have alot of young guys on the floor. Give Baylor two years should be a fun team to watch.

We have sucked really bad the whole year.....thats what happens when you have no conference games and are playing mostly freshman....Also, Bruce an All-Big 12 guard last year as a freshman only scored 2 points in teh game and had horrible games 3 outa the 5 games this year, i dont know what is going on with that but he has to get it together....all of the older people rnt even scoring, its almost like the freshmen have more poise than the upperclassmen and even then the freshmen really have no poise....ther eis a ton of talent on the team but they better start playing as a team and wake up or they will go 0-17 this year...
