I saw with Abilene Cooper that the Head Coach was hired by the High School Principal and that he was a One Man Search committee.
I thought that was extremely odd.
Typically it's either the Superintendent and/or a School Board Subcommittee and/or initial candidates screened by a mixture of community folks and school board members....
Have things changed or was the Cooper Search an unusual one...
