I do not believe that it's even photoshop, his pinky's just not there... it's the blurr of the pixels or whatever those squares are from the picture being enlarged... his pinky's not up, just a trick on your eyes... looks like he's holding up the number 1 to me... which could be a Longhorn gesture, seeing they're number 1 now...
