McElroy to 'Bama

DMN reporting today that SLC QB, Greg McElroy has changed his verbal comittment from Texas Tech to Alabama.

oh dang...thats what happens when a school has one good year they start getting huge recruits from all over the country, even though Alabama already got some because of their past

I agree. He will never have a chance to win one at Tech. Until Leach makes changes or is changed out himself they are not going to win the Big-12 much less a national title.

Plus Graham Harrel is just going to be a sophomore, so he probably wouldn't see much time for a few years unless Graham got hurt. Still though, i was excited for him to come here.
