It's pretty good. Fofo turned me on to it and now meet there with friends a few times a year. Man, that 20 minute drive sometimes is just grueling...:o :D

Very tasty burgers. I would have to give Chester's the nod over them, though.

Nothing wrong with Chester's but I'll take CM or Texas Hamburger Co. anyday. Chester's remings me of my Dad's burgers. Good but nothing really to talk about. The hotdogs there are better than their burgers I think.
.
Here's a link on SAcitysearch for THC. Texas Hamburger Co. (http://sanantonio.citysearch.com/profile/10128668/?brand=smx_restaurant-nc)
They rated 9.6 to Chris Madrid's 9.7 while Chester's had ratings of 8.5 to 9.5.

They really are very good. The black angus burger for five bucks kicks tail. Expect to pay about the same as CM but the burgers are bigger.:inlove:

I'll have to check out Chris Madrid's. Three best burgers I've ever had were (in order):

1. Kokomo Cafe in Aransas Pass (closed now)
2. Pelican's Landing in Port Aransas
3. Hampton's Landing in Aransas Pass

Never had anything that can compare to any of the above, but I'm a softy for sourdough buns.
