I think they left off the most important question. I don't care who you are the first question should be "Were you BORN in TEXAS?" If you can't answer YES to that one you can not be more than 50% TEXAN. That includes the president that I love.

I disagree.. :( I was not born in Texas, but I got here as fast as I could (withtin 18 months) and I wouldn't claim any place other than Texas as my home state - and I feel I am 100% Texan.. Do I get extra credit for giving birth to 3 TEXANS and one of them has 2 girls so that is 5 TEXANS I am personally responsible for? :inlove:

I don't think I could go above 90% if you were not born here. It is kind of like running for President. You can not do it unless you were born an Americain citizen. You can not be a TEXAN 100% if you were not born here.

You may have had kids while in Texas but when we had to move to Kansas City and my wife was pregnant, she refused to have a baby that was not born in Texas. She flew back to Ft. Worth three weeks before she was due to have our daughter there. That's waht being a Texan is all about.

lol I see what you are saying,, YOU had a choice in your children's birth state.. I didn't HAVE a choice where I was born... (my parents were from Louisiana [dayum that's probably 3 more points against me lol] and had no idea what the impact being TEXAN was and they lived in Arkanasas when I was born) **I don't even like to mention this, but I was born in the same hospital, 10 years later, than Slick Willie.. (dayum - 3 more points against me) maybe I ought to quit while I am ahead - I guess 90% Texan is better than 100% anything else.. how bout that

I was born in Germany because my dad was in the military...but had he NOT been, I would have been born in Texas.....we came home to Texas when I was 4 months old. Does that count??
