Darn! I needed to include the following option: It looks too much like the new Ford Mustang! :( Not that that's a bad thing, but I've always like the old look of the Camero's.

That thing looks nothing like a camero. I hope that prototype is scratched. Oh yeah, I agree, it does look a lot like the mustang. :(

I disagree. It looks like a retro version of the old SS muscle car. I thought it looked awesome.

This is the first I have heard or seen of this.
Now that I have looked at the picture. I kinda like it.
If I was 20 something, unmarried, and had a pocket full of money, I might would even buy one.
As things are though, I'll just stick to my ole Chebby truck with 160,000 miles on it.
Why is it, that my wife and daughter get to drive nice new vehicles, and I just keep driving my old truck? I've been married for 24 years now. Guess how long its been since I had a new pickup.

The same reason, my wife drives a new car and I have a '92 Grand Am, because she told me too.

GM revives Chevrolet Camaro muscle car By TOM KRISHER, Associated Press Writer
Thu Aug 10, 11:17 AM ET

TRAVERSE CITY, Mich. - General Motors Corp. will bring back its Chevrolet Camaro muscle car in 2008, the automaker's chairman and chief executive said Thursday.

The car will be similar to a concept vehicle unveiled in January at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit. Initial production will begin at the end of 2008, and retail sales will start in the first quarter of 2009.

The announcement was made by GM CEO Rick Wagoner as he spoke at the Center for Automotive Research Management Briefing Seminars in Traverse City.

Chevrolet stopped producing the fast and sleek car in the 2002 model year after a run that began in 1967.

I love how everyone's going back to the styling cues of the late 60's and early 70's. First Ford with the Mustang, then Dodge with the Magnum and Charger, now Chevy. I love the new Camaro.
