This is the information I gathered from the Rose Bowl Coverage, from the end of the regular season, through the bowls and up until now:
USC: Matt Leinart is a great QB, he can throw on the run, but is also a very good pocket passer, does not make crazy decisions, very patient and accurate... doesn't have as much arm strength as some, but 34 straight is all you need to know...
UT: Vince Young influenced Mack Brown so much that Macky put 50-Cent on his Ipod...
USC: Reggie Bush won the Heisman Trophy... This kid had 2,600 yards... Simply amazing... He can take a hand-off and dazzle his way into the endzone... He can find any spot on the field, haul in a pass and take it past the goal line... He can take a kick-off and run it to the house, as well as punts... if not the house, he's on the 'welcome mat'...

USC: Pete Carroll is a great coach... A student at USC was so inspired by the man that he made T-Shirts saying "Three-PETE"... "3-peat" happens to be a term trademarked/copyrighted/whatever by that one feller who coaches the Miami Heat (his name slips my mind right now, he slicks back his hair, dangit, I know his name all of the time, WHAT IS IT)... Instead of forking over the big cash to use the "3-Peat" slogan, they decided not to sell the "Three-PETE" shirt...
