All Districts in Rita's path--Are they all now re-opened 100%?

They are all open, but there is still damage to the schools. Our softball field is messed up really bad and our girls are going to have to play all of their games away. They are going to have to basically build a new field and there is no way it can be done in time. I really feel for the girls because they are going to have a good team this year and have a very good shot at making the playoffs. Who knows now.
