it's amazing what you can do when you record it in a studio. they need to sing it live if they are gonna sing it.

Sure sems like Ashley Simpson got hammered over using a sound track on Saturday Night Live. I am in agreeance with HSF on this one, sing it live. If you are going to record it then don't bother to show up in person to lip snych it, send a cardboard cutout.

Lee Ann’s rendition had just a little too much vibrato for my taste. I know she likes to show off that incredible voice she has, but I wish she would have just sung it straight out. Way too many singers use way too much vibrato nowadays. JMHO!
She certainly is one of the best singers out there today!!!
A "Hookem Horns" would have been pretty cool at the end of her song though.

That would have showed disrespect to the song (JMHO). She did a wonderful job. But i do hate when they try to put their own touches on the song.
