The Shepherd Pirates defeated the Splendora Wildcats tonight in Splendora 69-57 to bring their record to 13-7 for the year. The pirate Srs. got their first win over the Wilcats in baskeetball and are preparing for a tough district schedule. The Pirates play Tarkington on Friday and open District play on the following Friday at home against the #2 ranked Silsbee Tigers.
