I agree, I think Charles is better than Young. However, since Selvin Young missed last season's Rose Bowl due to injury, he is relishing this oppurtunity even more than he would normally. He should really be psyched and ready to play tomorrow. It is probably just a gut feeling decision by Mack Brown, and the aforementioned may have played a role in his decision to start Young. If he isn't having a good game early, it's nice to always have a Jamaal Charles to go to.:)

Yeah, but with SY, "having a bad game" usually means fumbling the ball away. Texas doesn't need to have to overcome turnovers too. If I were Mack, if the ball comes out ONCE, even if he gets it back, I'd pull him.
