For some reason, besides our run for state in 2002, this year was the funnest football season for me.

I went to at least one game a week from week zero through the state championship games.....saw 2 games in one week several times and 3 games on one weekend.

I met tons of new people and was at TX. Stadium 2 weeks in a row.

It hurt my heart when the season ended!:(

It does hurt when the Season is over. It's just that long wait now. Gosh i wish they would extend HS Football at least into January.

Atleast this year we have realignment to keep us a little busy. I can't wait till February to know if I should hang around here or move on to the 4A board:D

Same here. I know I'll have fun, but my youngest will graduate. It is still hard to imagine that I will not have a kid playing.

I have one more season before my youngest graduates - hard to believe the time has flown by so quickly :( We are watching "The Rookie" with Dennis Quaid, so I am getting that baseball fever juices flowing :)

My last football player will graduate this year too. Won't be the same next year.
