hey i i was just wandering if i could get the records for each of the teams in the district and then any thoughts on the teams

the teams are buna, coldspring, jasper, kirbyville, shepherd, silsbee

ill start with my team
Shepherd Pirates

they are playing some good basketball this year...they stand at 12-7 overall with two games to go before they open district with silsbee. they are starting to play some great basketball...they just finished the lovelady tournament (2-1) and each of their starters had atleast two double-digit scoring games. They have some great shooters and a big man who has the talent to dominate...saw him dunk on a guy today...i think that they have the talent to sneak into the playoffs out of this district...Good Luck Guys!!!

Go to www.**********.com then go to Boys basketball. That's our new local site in our area.

The site is currently showing:

District 22-3A
Buna (3-11)
Jasper (6-8)
Silsbee (12-6)
Coldspring (n/a)
Shepard (n/a)
Kirbyville (n/a)

I don't think that is current for Jasper at least because they were to play a game against Lumberton last night.

Just for the record. Shepherd's record is 12-7 this year. They have beat some very good teams. They are eyeing the opening district game where they meet the #2 ranked Silsbee Tigers. The Pirates played the #10 Navasota Rattlers and outscored them for three quarters. Lost by 18. Our bench is not as deep as some, but our kids work hard and shoot the ball well. Hope to make some noise in the district race.
