The most important thing is that no one can argue with the #1 slot. Well deserved, Wimberley. Good thing there's no BCS in HS football.

Because Loopy says so. He is the foremost expert on 3A football and never lets his bias blind him from understanding others opinions or in this case formulas. ;)

If you look at last year's final poll...He had Decatur #1, and Gilmer
and Wylie ranked behind them. Which one of these 3 teams
didn't win a title last year?

Enough common opponents to rank them all together. Besides too many teams could go as Div. I or Div. II to seperate them. Goes you could start ranking them seperately after the playoff starts, but I guess you could do that with his list now if you wanted too.

OMG - that is absolutely NOT the case.... they are only Div I & II for the playoffs!!!!!

i'm not sure specifically what team you support, but obviously in this particular poll, which is not someone's opinion but rather done by mathematics, your team is not high enough. i think its that simple -- but thats fine.

well, the poll is what it is ...... is just disappointing that people have to say negative things about the poll when, lilke I said, we are very lucky to have the poll & the other resources the web site offers

out ... happy holidays!

Where's Bellville?

They beat Marlin

Why Cameron at 11?

They beat Hutto and Giddings(teams ranked ahead of them)
