Tragedy today in game between Lufkin Hudson and Bullard

I have recieved information from sources that a Bullard player died today in either the freshman or JV game. I don't know much but from what I heard he died during the game. I read it on the texashoops message board. A very very sad story.

During the Freshman game (JV-B for Bullard since there isn't enough players to make a freshman team) Larry Prentice collapsed on the floor when they were lining up to shoot free throws he had a heart condition and when he collapsed people in the stands began performing CPR untill the ambulance arrived where he was taken to a local hospital.

I copied and pasted that off of Texas hoops.

We play Bullard in their next home game. I think that it will be an emotional night as something will be done to remember him.
