A close friend of mine is a SEC official and ex high school official. He called in 12 SEC games this year including Ala/Auburn and Tennessee/Flordia. He writes an article on football related topics for the small town paper where he lives. In this weeks paper he talks about South Panola HS in MS. They are 59 & 1 over the last four years and have won three state championships. In the article, he gives his opinion on what it takes fro a program to build a dynasty. Do you agree?
