Yes... the WO-S girls team is pretty salty. They have a couple of seniors who have been on the team since they were freshman and they are expecting to do some good things this year.

Good luck! Although the BH girls are not ranked they are a pretty good team, but they are learning a new system under a new coach. I don't know if the BH girls have ever lost by such a margin.

You have got to be kidding...if that is true WOAH!

BH has beaten some fairly good teams this year. Just beat LaMarque 99-96 in 3OT and lost to #5 Silsbee by only 3 points.

WO-S just might be pretty good ;)

Here is a small write up on the game.

In a game that wasn't close after the tipoff, Barbers Hill dropped a non-district contest to West Orange-Stark by a score of 75-32. The Lady Eagles gave up point totals of 24, 18 and 22 in the first 3 quarters while only tallying 10 second half points in the blow out. BH fell behind 15-0 before canning a field goal at the 4:12 mark of the first quarter. For BH, 3 players scored 6 points, Traci Sandel, Keely Rivera and Kassi Sylvia. Barbers Hill record is now 10-8 and will be off until they open with Duchesne Academy in the Gulf Coast Classic Dec. 28.

In the J.V. contest, Barbers Hill defeated WO-S 49-32. Leading scorers were Amanda McMicken 13, Krystine Miller 12 and Diana Hejtmanek 11.

The Freshmen also won by downing WO-S 48-36. Dyana Canon scored 21 points while Cirby Manchaca had 11.
