I agree with most of these picks. Here's what I would add.
QB Staubach
WR Hayes
OL Tuinei (I'm sure I misspelled it)
DL Tolbert
LB Edwards, Jones
DB James Washington, George Teague (he protected the star)

ST Kenneth "The Shark" Gant, Keith Davis(personal fav)

Linebackers - what about Chuck Howley and Lee Roy Jordon. Howley is the only player to be chosen MVP of a losing Super Bowl Team? And what about defensive backs such as Cliff Harris, Charlie Waters, Mel Renfro and Cornell Green?

And what about Bob Lilly on the DL. The one who was double teamed his entire career and was still yet able to make many plays.

Randy White should be on the list, but not as a LB. It wasn't until he moved to the DL that he made a name for himself.

And don't forget Bull'sEye Lance Alworth WR.

Also Charles Haley was a great DE. He provided Dallas with the pass rush they needed while at Dallas. And Dion was great while he was here.

Don't forget Larry Cole and George Andre at DT with Lilly & Pugh, the original "DOOMSDAY DEFENSE".

And don't forget the Cowboys who became famous head coaches, Mike Ditka at TE (mean sonobtch) and Dan Reeves at running back tough as nails and great threat on the swing pass.

Saw my first Cowboy game in person at the Cotton Bowl 1967, Cowboys 31 - Cardnails 17.

Many heros on those past teams for me and too many to name but without a doubt the biggest for me are Staubach and Coach Landry.

It broke my heart when that carpet bagger from Arkansas came in and fired Coach Landry. Still makes me sick at my stomach when I see his twisted face on the tube no matter how much success he brought in later. I wish someone with the wisdom of Murchenson (old owner for those who don't remember) would come in and buy the team from the sob then turn it over to real football people instead of sticking thier nose in everything starting with the "jocks and socks". Give me a break.

But their still my Cowboys.....

Before the achilles injury, Kevin Smith was one of the best DBs the Boys ever had. Of course, that's a homer pick as he was a big part of the WO-S state teams of the 80s. He and Deion were an awesome pair at corner.

Actually no they were not. Smith got hurt in game one of Deion's first year, and Larry Brown was the starter the rest of the year.

When Smith returned he was just a shell of the player he was before the injury. Sadly we never got to really see a Smith-Sanders DB Duo with both being healthy.

Speaking of Larry Brown, he was no sloutch either...he was a super bowl MVP I believe.

yes he was a solid corner, but his SB MVP might be one of the biggest jokes of the SB. It is not like he did anything but stand there as the bad passes were thrown his way.

Dont get me wrong, loved Brown when he was a Cowboy, the story about the tragic death of his baby and how he fought through that is amazing, but his award was a gift, like the two ints

was it really a gift or did the reciever not read the blitz and cut his route like he should of. if the reciever makes the right read, brown doesn't intercept the passes.

If I remember right one of the ints was a WR running the wrong route, and one of them was Neil threw a bad pass that was about 10 yards over thrown

Don't forget President and GM Tex Schramm, he was a great innovator. He is credited with developing the Ring of Honor, bringing Thanksgiving games to the nation, coordinating the AFL/NFL merger, helped create instant replay, move the goal posts from the goal line to the end line and best of all...The Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders.
