lol
Good topic!
.
Tom and Jerry and Wylie Coyote/Roadrunner for sure.
Godzilla was ok.(poor Godzookie made me want to hide as a kid though, were they trying to make kids squirm? )
Transformers I digged.
The Jetsons made me feel "all grown up" as did The Flintstones.:) Also made me realize your dog could fly or bite your head off.
;)
Garfield's voice was never right. I enjoyed the comic strip much better reading it than I did watching it.
I enjoy Space Ghost more now in 5 minute skits on AD than those awkward 30 minute episodes.
Speaking of awkward did Scoobie Doo, He-Man or most of the 90's cartoons make you feel that way?
Sponge Bob is funny but it's not really a kid's cartoon.
Ed, Ed and Eddy is just for future stoners imo.

Lately I have been watching Spongebob and The Fairly Odd Parents because they are my son's favorites right now. South Park, The Simpsons, and The Family Guy are good for some adult humor.

The Smurfs

I will not deny it. When I was a toddler, I watched this cartoon. I had a smurf bike, smurf underwear, and God only knows what else.

Maybe none of ya'll remember this one or maybe it didn't stand out like the others but I have one that comes to mind....

Captain Caveman - lmao at the thought of him

and my daughter got me hooked on the Smurfs & Gummie Bears back in the day...... basic theme - child-like characters being attacked by adult type villians - just brings out the kid in you - IMHO.
