Everyone is griping.......so!

Here is my gripe on the All State thing.......Marlin's QB Jeremy Sanders whose team was 8-1 at the time, had 25 throwing td's with 1 int, and 15 running td's................and nothing, no Honorable Mention or anything!
Also, none of the Hutto OL making some aspect of it........please! I feel the same way as some of the Tatum fans also..........look who is playing in the Championship game................but it does point out 2 good TEAMS.............but it is nice to see some kids get awards.

Those are some nice numbers......but there were several QB's that threw more than 25 TD passes in 3A this year. And only room for 2-3 to be mentioned on all state teams. There is only ONE QB on each team.

Anybody want to compile their own 1st team all-state team? That should "spark" a little debate. I'm not brave enough--I'll stick with the published ones.

There are always way more deserving than there are slots to put them in. It's a shame, but thats the way it is.
