Who has the fastest Running Backs in Region IV? What teams do they play for?
What District are they From? :cool: :D

Julian "Jules" Ruiz and Nehemiah "Bubba" Heard. Both play for Sinton in District 30-3A. Bubba is the faster of the two. When he gets in the open field, memorize the back of his jersey, because thats about all you will see.

If you consider a QB that has 500 yrds. rushing then it would be Jake Robbins; who runs a 4.31. If you don't think a QB is good enough then how about Adam Higinbothum( 4.4) both from La Vernia.
