Anybody watch this? It really gets rough out there. A team roping header got his thumb jerked plum off while roping.

There were lots of small town Texas folks participating. A Midland young man won the team roping heeler World Championship.

Some of it was pretty interesting.

Kelly Kaminski of Bellville won Barrel Racing for the 2nd year in a row.

OUCH!!!!! I watched the Maas guy (from Giddings) rope the other night. Wasn't there a girl from Kaufman (did I spell that right) running barrels also?

There was a girl from Kaufman, but I can't think of her name. Matt Austin, who won the world championship in bull riding, is from Wills Point.

If I am not mistaken...that young man is DaHop72 (one of our very own posters) nephew!
