Sorry for not gettin back to ya sooner but here ya go!


Recipe for Sante Fe Soup:

Ground Meat (1 lb. OR more if you choose)
1 Pkg. Taco Seasoning Mix
1 Pkg. Ranch Dressing
2 Cans Pinto Beans
1 Can Kidney Beans
1 Can Corn
1 Can Tomato
1 Can Rotel

Brown Beef
Add Seasoning Mix and Ranch Dressing Mix
Dump all canned goods in pot
Bring to boil
Simmer for 15 minutes
EAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HOPE THIS IS SIMPLE ENOUGH FOR YA!!!!!!!! GOES GOOD WITH CRACKERS AND/OR CORNBREAD!!!!!!! JUST HAD SOME TONIGHT, THOUGHT I'D FINALLY SHARE THIS W/ YA!!!!!!! ENJOY!!!!!!!!

Damn that sounds good. Would it be ok to use the extra hot
rotel or would that kill the flavor???

Thanks for the welcome!! And just because I'm from Cuero doesn't mean I don't know how to use a message board ....LOL I've been on a different board (not football) for over 4 years so I know just a little bit.

Who might I be....hummm well I just looked at when you were born and you probably don't know me because I'm **gasp** 11 years older than you..OMG that's crazy. I lived in Cuero all my life but I live in a suburb of North Austin now. I have 2 kids - a 2 yr old girl and a 5 yr old boy. But all my family lives in Cuero and I have a relative that plays for the Gobblers. You probably know him since he is closer to your age.

So who are you?
