Which way do you guys go to Victoria? Through Cuero or El Campo way?

I cut thru East Bernard and hit 59 @ Wharton, then down.

Oh, cool... I remember if we had to go straight to Victoria from my aunt and uncle's in Sealy we went through El Campo... I'm sure your way's better...

Just wondering...

hmmmm... I'll have to pull out the map and check it out now. With a surburban full of loud kids, any time shaved off the trip is appreciated wink

Ha... I forget how we even did... I think we went through Eagle Lake, then got on, what is it, HWY 71? in Altair, then went to HWY 59 in El Campo and straight down...

Accually, I just went to Yahoo maps and looked... Their suggested path is going I-10 to S'burg, then down through Hallettsville and Yoakum... That's accually the long way...

I compared going through Eagle Lake/Altair/El Campo and then your way of EB/Wharton and it looks like your way is a little faster, less turns...

I go to Wallis, get on hwy 60 to Hungerford and get on 59 there

Thanks BrahmaMom & Gobbla ~ I pray the same for y'all and best of luck to Bellville and Cuero tonight too. Sure wish I could make that Bellville/Rice game, but duty calls ~ taking a dozen little 8 year olds to the movies! (Pray for my sanity :( ) I'll be on the board tonight checking out the scores.
