Never seen Sweetwater play so I dont know how their fans are but I have to give it to the Cuero fans. They travel, they yell, they make noise, and they support thier team through thick and thin! If you have never been to Cuero game and sat with them.. its pretty awesome!

City water is terribly disgusting, because of high gypsum content. Sweetwater has two gypsum plants that make sheet rock.
Auga Dulce near the border means "sweet water" and there is another town now a ghost town in the upper Panhandle which was called Mobeetie which roughly translates into "sweet water" in some native tongue.
Both applied for post offices following Sweetwater and therefore had to change thier names.

i'm in this pic....i have been labeled the numero uno fan...i'm not a nazi i swear!!!....this pic was the hb draw where everyone thought birdwell #5 had the ball and he got tackled and then banyard sprinted almost untouched for a td.......the pic is when i saw birdwell get up with nothing in his hands and i see banyard start running...........i almost fell off of seat i was standing.....props to birdwelll..prefectly executed...i think he fooled everyone in the stadium.

I really thought we had some really lould fans but after playing Wylie last year they blew us out of the water. We could not hear a thing down there last year during the game. We had a lot of trouble hearing all the checks the entire game.

i sat on wylie's side with some friends fomr there when they played snyder and wow....those girls they have in the student section are loud..and the regular fans give them a run for their money

I agree with Matt. Those shaker things they had were incredibly loud. I've never heard a high school game that loud before. It sounded like continuous thunder from across the field.

Of all the teams we've played, I'd have to vote for Port Isabel Tarpon fans. Those folks drove like 5 hours or something and as soon as the gates were open, their side of the stadium was FULL. They were LOUD. Cuero was pretty loud last week, but I believe P.I. has 'em beat.
