How many out there are rip-offs of college or pro teams?
There is one team out there that I saw on Highschoolextra.
The helmets were the same design as Michigans. But, they
were white and green rather than maize and blue. Also,
the Lubbock Cooper Pirates' uniforms are direct replicas of the
Tampa Bay Buc's uniforms. I was just wondering if there were
any others.

Goliad's helmet decals match Georgia Tech's...

Gonzales' helmet decal is kind of like Florida State's...

I'm sure a J.V. somewhere has helmets like the Browns...

Cuero helmet decal is like the Chicago Bears' decal... uni's are unmatched, minus the Cuero teams in the 70's and 80's who wore them... believe Cuero and Ennis had the same style uni's when they hooked up in the semi's in '70 and the finals in '75...

There are tons.
I think that Paradise (2A) copies the Carolina Panthers.
Iowa Park Hawks helmets are like the Philadelphia Eagles.
Graham Steers have the UT Longhorn emblem on their helmets.
Desoto (5A) has helmets like the Philadelphia Eagles.
I think (2A) Nocona has helmet design like Florida State.
Dallas WT White has the exact same uniforms as the UT Longhorns, burnt orange colors and everything.
I also think that Texarkana Texas High copies the Longhorns uniforms.
That's all I can think of for now.

Canton's has the Chicago Bears C logo on there helmets. Here is a pic of there white away jerseys and there green home jerseys.

I hope the 'Stangs never change the helmet. The solid red is tradition. I do wish we'd had our names on the back of our jerseys tho. Kids are so lucky these days!

yeah, I noticed that. I have never seen the team mascot's name on the back of a jersey. We only put our names on the jerseys when the play-offs begin.

The last year Littleton was in cuero he put all the players names on the back of their jerseys. When Reeve stepped in he wasn't having any of that. I guess he had to replace it with something so we put "Gobblers". I like it.

I don't remember that. I'm going to have to go back and look at old pics from the Littleton years. Stupidly, I've never noticed the "Gobblers" on the back, either. I need to start paying attention to that sort of thing....

Abilene Cooper's Helmet logo is identical to the Houston Cougars. VGW, the steer we have now is new. The ones in past years had a steer that a friend of mine drew.

I really liked the helmet logo from the early to mid 90's that Charles Hesse brought to Graham. It was the old USFL Houston Gamblers' emblem, a state of Texas with a "G" shape cut out of it. Really looked good. The Steers also sported silver helmets and pants and used the blue much much more than the red. Together I thought that the Steers had the nicest color scheme of all the teams in the district back then.

Yeah, that's what the J.V. played in during the Bourquin Era I believe. I really liked those; They looked real sharp. Hell of a lot better than that God-awful red over blue. But our new ones this year looked really good I thought. New everything, but the colors got reversed and the jersies were made of some synthetic material that was really cool.

5A Arlington High uses the Colts logo on their helmets and their jersey's are similar as well. Instead of blue and white their colors are green and white.
Worst uniforms I have ever seen are 2A Boyd. Yellow helmets, yellow jerseys, and yellow pants. With green trim.
If the stadium turned the lights out they would glow in the dark.

Monster, I really liked IP's unis this year. I didn't care much for the one's they had the last couple of years. I hated those curved numbers. Their news ones were really sharp.

I shouldn't be uniforms, it should be helmet ripoffs. Like GT on Lamesa helmets (Georgia Tech), The Horse on Shallowaters helmet is the Denver Bronco helmet as well.

The "Michigan-style" green and white you saw probably belonged to PSJA Memorial. They are also the Wolverines and we played them in round 1 of the playoffs. Rockport-Fulton mimics the TB Buc's except in green and gold, and Tuloso-Midway is similar to FSU but with maroon helmets instead of gold.
