Signature Help Please????

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. I have had one before but now it is not uploading for some reason.

Let me be sure:
I go to user CP then go to edit profile
then go to teh area for signatures I put in the following:

Then I click submit modifications.

And it is not there?????
