There is no way it can be better due to 3 losses in the playoffs in the last 6 years. I am not sure but I bet they lost some regular season games in their 2 years in 4a in this 6 year period.

I don' know about six years but the #10 team in the country (USA Today poll), South Panola High School in Batesville, MS is 58 - 1 under their current coach. I think they play this Friday for their 4th 5 A state championship in a row.

I would say that they recruit but with a record like that they probably don't have to.

now going back the last 20 years they are the winningest team in Texas with 222 wins. Converse Judson and Calallen has 216 and LaMarque has 214. Interesting is that #3 in 4A would be Stephenville all the way down at 188. Celina has 208 wins in that time period.

Wait a minute, I thought West Orange Stark was the winningest program in the state at any level.
