I have always wondered, can someone be rommed for hwo they act out side of the downlow? such as on an aim chat room with nothing but other downlow posters, or what about at a meet and greet? or if they are neighbors with a mod and get into an argument? i have always been curious...someone please answer.

Nope, not at all. What's outside the downlow doesn't affect status here. The "problem" in question was with certain actions in meet & greet pictures.
