It is hard to believe that in their 4th year of 5A football they have only benn beaten one time. That is an incredible streak. I also hear rumors that Dodge is in the running for the coaching job at Rice. Surely he wont take that mess.

I think he is waiting for the Offensive Coordinator job at UT. Also I bet SLC will pay him whatever he wants or needs.

SLC will win this one. On the poll I put SLC by a little but I also thought that the A-High vs. SLC would be a good game but I was big time wrong.

I'm going to go out on a limb and predict the upset by Plano. One of the biggest advantages that SLC has in their program is their winning tradition. Well, Plano has an almost equally good record at the state level and I don't think they are going to be "wowed" by the SLC mystique. Plus, I don't think even SLC can continue to win every game. On paper, SLC wins going away-- but add in some of the "intangibles" and I think the stage is set for a potential upset by Plano. It's going to be fun seeing what happens.
