ok...i was trying to think of a name for the game between sweetwater and snyder each year...i want anyone to put a name for what they think would be appropriate

lets see how good this gets!!

ill choose the 5 best then we'll have a poll later

anybody have an old geographic map of the area, i wish we knew of a creek that ran between the two

like "the battle of chippawa creek"

or "bitter creek showdown"

those are examples

or maybe well..theres no mountains, but HEY they both have wind turbines built outside of the 2 towns

What you need to do is get a school to make or purchase a nice trophy of a "S" and call the game the Battle of the "S" Bowl. An annual game where the winner gets to take the trophy back to their respective school and community for the year and boast of it proudly. Another name could be the Back Yard Brawl due to the proximity of the two towns.

very good point!...but for some odd reason..i dont think snyder would ever give the trophy back....OH WAIT they'd never get it anyways hahaha jk
