I was wondering what type of offense Burnet ran when McGee was there?

They had the spread offense and threw the ball quite a bit, but Mcgee did not run much at all.

tycoon was a player by the same name. Ty Coon (sp?).
Heard his name alot when we played them. I think (and I am sure the burnet posters can correct or confirm) he is playing linebacker at Abliene Christen.

I want to say it's Kuhn, but I was wrong about something else this year, so I could be here as well. ;)

Yes that is true however I remember he was always scrambling until he found the open reciever without getting sacked and did it very well.
You saw some of it last week. I am sure you will see alot of it next year.

I think you're right. They were loaded in several positions then. In '02, they had Patrick Miller. Dang it! Now I'm all depressed. :weeping:

ok....he looked pretty comfortable running the other day...i liked when he got in the defensive back's face after he took a shot...it was nice to see some fire from an aggie quarterback....to bad whe couldn't have gotten shipley for him to throw to.

Stephen is pretty comfortable doing what ever he needs to do to move the ball. While it wasnt often necessary for him to run the ball, but he could do it very successfully if he needed to and he was one of the best scramblers Ive ever seen in the back field. I was always amazed at how accurate he was throwing on the run. Of corse if he had had Shipley as his receiver last week, a number of those throws that didnt connect would have been caught. And thats just a fact.:D
