Holy wow, this is a matchup. Plano hasn't been a power in forfreaking ever and they are undefeated. (I think)

Southlake is the new power in Texas.

Something tells me Southlake will roll in this one but who knows. I wish I could go to this one. I'm rooting for Plano, just because a.) love upsets by the underdog and b.) have friends from Plano Sr High. Then again, two of my friends that we tailgate and roadtrip with to the UT games are from Southlake.

So who knows!

Ya know...I just wish Plano would win this game. I am sorry, I can't take too many SLC fans...I mean what's left for them to proove? And they certainly let you know how good they are.

oddly enough...Plano was 0-10 in 2003, 4-6 last year and is 13-0 this year so far...what a turnaround

SLC is hardly a NEW power ... new in 5A maybe, but not in Texas - they've had tremendous success since their 3A glory days of the early 90s

Abiline was undefeated also, this years SLC defense is the best they've had the past 3 years.

Theoretically, no they aren't a new power. But if you look at the years of existance, Southlake hasn't been a school that long. Plano has.

idk,...i think id rather see katy and southlake play again....then i wouldnt mind seeing southlake losing:)
