The aggies should be taught not to throw their food.

Won't this plop, plop thread under a different name ever go away? Aggies play with poop. Horns get poopfaced. Corps boys will be corps boys. Stinky business.

Anyway the horse was the poopatrator. He should have been charged with the Corps boy.

If the horn band guy didn't want horse crap thrown at him, he shouldn't have been in the throw zone...it could have been anybody that got hit with excrament...leave it to hornfan to press charges.

The article indicates that the Horn band people did not want to file anything.

fact of the matter is, the kid wouldn't have been arrested if they didn't press charges, with a $2000 bond.

so you mean to tell me that if someone threw horse crap at you ON PURPOSE....that you would just turn around....smile....point at the guy who threw it at you and laugh then say....." HAHA....YOU GOT ME! "

I think not....sounds like your bitterness clouds your judgement of justice.

I would have gotten out of harms way, and if I did end up getting hit with handful of the Huxtables, I would have returned fire!!!!

#1. The fact that you would pick up horse crap is disgusting...and it bothers me.

#2. The guy most likely didnt know it was happening....nobody is stupid enough...even us stupid longhorns....to see that crap is being thrown around and walk into the middle of it.

1) It was fresh 2) it was shoveled 3) this isn't the first time it's happened, first time charges have been filed 4) I wouldn't be surprised if the liberal band guy selfishly claims a personal grievance for his unearned payday.
