Am I wrong, or did Bridgeport just gain about 75 kids? I thought they were around the 590 to 600 range?

Those are not the top 10 largest schools. There are several schools in the 3000 range plus Victoria Memorial has over 4000.

don't believe this is accurate ... I can think of several (Skyline for one) that are well over 3K ... heck there's probably 20 others over 3K

Argyle will explode like Little Elm within the next 4 to 5 years.
Their school has doubled in size since it opened.
It opened actually to help take kids out of the Northwest ISD, which only has one high school. They will probably be opening up another high school in the Northwest ISD, unless they want to move up to 5A level with one school.
FYI- Heard a rumor that the new Northwest ISD stadium was financed by the Barnett Shale. Huge natural gas field around the western and southern counties of Fort Worth. Something about mineral rights around Northwest ISD that they are raking it in right now.

Argyle is already exploding.

I remember everyone saying that Frisco was going to be the next boomtown, just like Plano.

Then people said Prosper was going to become the next boomtown and that's already happening.

Then Little Elm, and that's already happening.

So what's the next "boomtown"? Celina? Krum? Pilot Point?

Anything in the Denton area, and around Texas Motor Speedway.
I will even say that Boyd will explode in the next few years.
They will go to 3A soon.
Northwest ISD borders Boyd ISD right now.

I think Texas Motor Speedway and the whole Alliance Corridor has is proving that that whole area is just busting right now...I think Justin and the Northwest ISD could still be the best kept secret in the Metroplex. I live in Azle and we are feeling some of the effects of all that even here.
It also doesn't hurt I'm a huge Nascar fan too. :)

Kennedale's "problem" is that its mosty land locked - not much room for expansion ......
