We've just about posted and polled everything imaginable lol...... trying to find something to talk about and keep the peace :) - so WHO will be making the trip to Buda/Hays Consolidated Friday night?

Well the reason I'm asking is b/c my oldest daughter is going to Buda on Friday... Her long time boyfriend Chad Brown (#41 Last year for the Snyder Tigers) lives there now... They may want to go and watch a game...

It's not that crazy...heck I would go see Sweetwater play if I didn't have to drive all the way to Midland.

Probably not, I don't even know if they would make it to the game. If it's on Friday they won't b/c she will leave Snyder @ 5 and it takes 5.5 hrs to get there.

ill be there if me and my wife can get off early, if it was a pirate game we be off already for that day:D But hope to make the game never seen Liberty Hill play so be great to see a team we never get to see play. Seen to much of Cuero:mad:

Some quick advice for the folks wanting to go to this game...

be prepared for heavy traffic on I-35 going through Buda...it is horrible on Friday afternoons/evenings...give yourselves plenty of time to make the kickoff.

When isn't it heavy in the city of:

Are they still doing construction there?

It was horrible in August/September when I went through twice ...

There's a back way from 183 to 1-35 at Buda, I'll be taking that if I can remember exactly how it goes...

Okay, quick questions here, never been to this stadium, just Buda...

Question #1: Is it near the High School

Question #2: IS the High School: Jack C. Hays High School

If so, it is only 19 miles from Lockhart via a different back-way than I was planning on taking...

please fill me in I'll be getting off of work at 3:30-4:00, live an hour on the OTHER side of Cuero, so wanna get there ASAP:D

I could prolly just go from Luling to San Marcos and hit 35 to Buda, but I was wanting avoid 35, guess 35 North going TO Austin shouldn't be too bad...

Dunno what I should do...

Yah, I used to take that road through Creedmore to get to my friend's house off slaughter ln. and mopac... still thinking about going through San Marcos though...
