Other 3ADL awards... [Archive] - Texas DownLow Forum

Any suggestions? I was thinking keep it to 3 or 4 other awards such as:

- best coach
- most homer poster...will love their team (and nobody else's) until the day they die
- best mom poster (this one could get interesting)
- most "travelled" person...person who has been to the greatest # of games (distance not factored)
- most informative poster...for the person that cuts the homerism's and is here to "talk football" not "talk trash"

I will try and keep tabs on the Heisman thread...if somebody wants to volunteer to count up the info from the other nominations and then post a poll with the top 5...that would be great. If not then I guess I can run them all...I have nothing better to do anyways...:rolleyes:

what about most M&G's attended. Adi might have that one. I only made Wylie/Snyder, IP/Graham, Snyder/Mona, Wylie/Seminole, IP/SW, and Wylie Gainesville. But i bet Adi might have me beat.

he failed it. Now he spends his days with the muscle squad. WEll the scary looking half of the squad. Rod has to scare little children in public with those scary Biceps and shoulders! The bald head is pretty intimidating also.

I can throw Gainesville/Decatur into the mix...but I don't have IP/SW. I also have Wylie/Cuero, Wylie/Royse City (that nobody attended), Wylie/Sweewater (last year), and 1 or two others...what can I say...people know me!

VWG gets my vote. He knows Region I well enough to write a book and I have never seen a homer post out of him. Heck, I don't even know where he calls home to make a homer post about.

Best Coach is by far Hugh Sandifer and most definitely not Kent Jackson (no offense I love the guy but 3 of the last 4 years we have been flat out out-coached on a fairly regular basis. )

Not to be a "homer" for me but I have gone from 600ish in August to over 1800 at the end of November. It works out to roughly 18 posts/day...and I only have maybe 5 posts on the weekend...so that's pretty sad...
