Plastic baggies with marijuana residue were found in a Versace sunglasses case along with the pipe. Irvin said he found the items on the friend after patting him down when he arrived at his house in Carrollton, Texas.

He told someone that it was his brother that he patted down. He didn't want it in the house, so he put it in his car. He would later throw it in a dumpster, but he forgot. :thinking:

yeah....i bet. Also, went on to say he didn't mean his real brother but actually a friend that he knows for 17 years and just called him a "brother"
