On paper, the Ags don't have a ghost of a chance....but a "wounded" animal can be dangerous. The Ag players know a victory today would be a "season saver" and more. Reggie McNeal knows he could achieve his greatest day as an Aggie and would be remembered for a long time to come in Aggieland if he and his teammates could pull off a "miracle". It would even be interesting if the Ags can keep this one close, but reality says UT by 42-14 or so, or more. I know the Aggie faithful don't have much to fight with today----but I bet it doesn't diminish their "hatred" of UT one bit when they are cheering the Ags on.

You notice how quick they got off the subject of that OBVIOUS pass interference that resulted in the pick? All they could talk about was what a great defensive play it was! It was a penalty! Should have been Texas' ball and a 1st down!

The announcers are pulling for A&M because it makes for good TV. Nothing more. Nothing less. If it is a blowout, people change channels. Sponsors pay based on ratings. Like with most things in life, its starts and ends with money.

The Aggies came out ready to play and are playing hard on defense and offence. McGee is a killer and Texas is making errors. I am afraid that this is the upset of the year and Texas A&M is going to win this one. If they had played like this all year they would be undefeated. Of course UT playing bad hurts but this end UT's NC season but they can still have a good season if they win the Big 12 Championship. No Rose though.

I haven't watched A&M much this year, so have they been this option-oriented all year or what?? What i have watched was just the shotgun-stuff running reggie around.

However, on a positive note for UT...that assures that VY will be back next year even though he already said that he would...this probably solidifies that decision.

I really think too much emphasis was put on R bush's last game. Sure he had a great game but, IMO VY has been solid all year ('cept for today). One game cannot make you the best player in college. I beleive VY has been better than Bush this year.

Way to go Texas to pull out the win. Congratulations to the Aggies for playing a very outstanding game. They were ready to play today. I agree Vince should still get the Heisman Trophy but with Bush's last performance along with media push it will probably go to Bush. UT needs to get ready for the Big 12 Conference Championship now.

I'll have to give it to McGee he really showed me something today. I can't wait until next year. McGee and the Lane Train should be a great combination. Did anybody see McGee get the crapped knocked out of him by like 5 Texas defenders then just get up and act like nothing ever happened. One time he even taunted them, like he wanted them to hit him harder next time. Watch out for that kid in the next few years.

I had a feeling Texas was gonna have a hard time in this game. I said about 2 weeks ago if Aggies play their best game they'd have chance. Well they came close. I hope the next game ain't so nerve rackin. Aggie D did a helluva on Texas O. As did Aggie O on Texas D. BUT 11-0 AND STILL ROLLIN!!! HOOKEM!!!!!!!!!!
Congrats to the Longhorns....I wish ya'll well in your bid for the National Championship.
I am so proud of my Aggies. Folks, regardless who you are a fan of...the Aggies showed the nation what courage is today. Is there any reason to doubt the heart and soul of the Aggie program now?
