may blessing be bestowed on everyone home and exspecially for those soldiers, and men and women serving our country abroad so that we are able to sit here and enjoy this wonderful day..for all the people that have been hit with tragidies the year though may the good Lord look down upon them and wrap his gracious arms around them.:)

Sinful! :D

8-9 potatoes cooked, as for mashing, and drained
Add 1 stick butter (works better than margarine)
8 oz sour cream
1 pkg cream cheese
Garlic salt & pepper to taste

Whip together, then top with grated Cheddar or Colby cheese. Bake at 350 for about 20-25 minutes.

thats how I make my smashed potatoes cept the cream cheese , gonna have to try that.

I get to do all the cooken in our house...but I enjoy it :)
