Back in the heezy....a bit of a reprieve from the daily grind...

Even though I saw a great 2A basketball game last night, and I'm not even being sarcastic! (#17 Keene beat #6 Brock on the road, 79-65...great game)

Well, do you recall the so-called "sexy cheerleader" bill pushed by an African-American legislator from Houston last spring?

Let's just say that bill, had it been successful, would have outlawed many of Madison's routines.

Personally, I enjoyed the change-of-pace from our competent but rather bland military marching band, majorettes and drill team when we played DM last year in Commerce.

Variety is the spice of life, but many of our more fundamentalist fans left the stadium in disgust at the "dirty dancing" display they had just witnessed.

A) Gilmer fundamentalists need to get the stick out of their @$$. Yeah, I said it. And I probably used to know half of them.

B) We played Madison in Greenville. Bam.

Of course, you are right. I made it to that game last year, but I guess I never realized what city I was in. :D

I actually remember the halftime show better than I do the game.

In any case, I won't try to give you directions to Texas Stadium. I think it's in Arlington somewhere.
