I was just wondering how many other teams take an off week to prepare, fix or improve what they need work on. I think that this is something every team should have going into the district games as well as play-offs.

The Sweetwater Mustangs have a bye this week. I imagine they will make the most of it and prepare for district. In my opinion, this is the best week for a bye, gives time to heal up before the real fun begins.

We have been without or RB Josh Jackson, and our QB Reid Bishop went down Friday night. Hopefully both can get healed up this week and come out and kick Snyders tail in two weeks.

My question is, "Well, just what kind of off week is Burnet having?" Only then can we know if our off week is like Burnet's!"lol :p

La Grange takes a breather to get ready for the mighty Manor Mustangs 5-0 and really feeling their oats! Good thing as LG's back-up Qb is coming off a dislocated kneecap and will be back by then. Guess I'll do some yard work this week. :D

Let me know what DAYS you will set aside to work in my yard. :p

Sinton also has a bye week (Oct 3). :( Of course, they need it to get some players time to heal & to make all those adjustments! wink

Greenwood has their bye week this week and then he have another one three weeks after that with the forfeiture of Presidio's season!!

We need this week coming up to work on some things and get some injuries healed!!
