The Creative Zen Micro is a 5 Gig player that will hold 2500 songs. Has FM and voice recorder. Has a calendar/scheduler function. The IPod Nano is nice.

I want the nano!
The iPod Shuffle is really cool if you don't mind not having a screen on your player. Holds about 128 songs, I believe. Very easy to use. I loved mine until I broke it. :-)

The Sony NW-500 series are comparable to the ipod nano's. But if you get tired of listening to your MP3's,it has a FM tuner that the ipod DOESN'T have.

Price wise how does it compare?
A 2G iPod Nano is on sale for $199. The Sony NW-507 has a 1G hard drive plus the FM tuner for $149. The prices are according to the Best Buy website. BTW,you can probably find it cheaper if you really look on the internet. But I just wanted to use Best Buy as a reference.

I just bought a cell phone (Motorola) with video camera, camera, and MP3 player capabilities.
Was it the Motorola ROKR?? I love Motorola phones,I have one but I heard alot of bad reviews about the ROKR. Let us know once you get used to it,if it's worth the money and if the reviews are correct. Good luck.

Dell has something similar to the ipod. I think it's called the Dimension DJ.

I hate Samsung phones. I've owned 2 before and NONE of them last longer than 4 months!!! I've dropped one of my older Motorola phones in a cup of hot chocolate and dropped it numerous times and it still worked!!! LOL!!
